Define Terms & Conditions for ecosystem participants to sign and follow.

Prerequisites

Get an Access Token with the directory:website scope - if you want to create or manage Terms and Conditions Documents using Connect's APIs.

Add Terms and Conditions Document

  1. Select Reference Data > **Terms & Conditions **> New Terms & Conditions.

  2. Fill in the fields configuring your T&C document and save.

    TypeType of the document
    NameName of the document
    Signing Service SubjectsUser identifier of the Docusign user to whom the document is to be sent
    Signing Email SubjectSubject of the email to be sent
    Service NameCommon name of an external signing service
    ContentContent of the T&C document

Delete Terms and Conditions Document

For security purposes, Raidiam enables Global Administrators only to soft-delete Terms and Conditions by disabling them.

You can disable a Terms and Conditions document by selecting the Disable button (access forbidden sign under the Actions label) or by using the Deactivate T&C Document API.
