Define Terms & Conditions for ecosystem participants to sign and follow.

Prerequisites
Get an Access Token with the directory:website
scope - if you want to create
or manage Terms and Conditions Documents using Connect's APIs.
Add Terms and Conditions Document

Select Reference Data > **Terms & Conditions **> New Terms & Conditions.

Fill in the fields configuring your T&C document and save.
Field Name Description Type Type of the document Name Name of the document Signing Service Subjects User identifier of the Docusign user to whom the document is to be sent Signing Email Subject Subject of the email to be sent Service Name Common name of an external signing service Content Content of the T&C document
Delete Terms and Conditions Document
For security purposes, Raidiam enables Global Administrators only to soft-delete Terms and Conditions by disabling them.
You can disable a Terms and Conditions document by selecting the Disable button (access forbidden sign under the Actions label) or by using the Deactivate T&C Document API.
Manage Terms and Conditions Documents Using APIs
Raidiam Connect allows organisations to integrate with the following APIs for Terms & Condition Management:

Update Content of Terms and Condition Document - using this API, you can also disable a chosen T&C document by setting its status to
inactive
