Organisation Contacts

Organisation contacts are the contact detail information that either a participant or the ecosystem administrator looks up in case of a need to engage with a part of the organisation.


Organisation Contacts are defined by the organisation's users to be the main point of contact between the ecosystem participants and that specific organisation. There are several types of contacts that can be registered within Connect and they should always be updated.

Registering a contact inside Raidiam Connect does not grant any type of access to this contact outside of the ecosystem or federation. Only organisation users, when added to Raidiam Connect, have any kind of access to Contacts stored inside the platform.

Usually, it's preferred that the contact be registered as a "department" rather than a specific person - this avoids cases when a registered employee email stops being valid and the contact ceases to be useful.

Raidiam Connect current supports the following types of contact:
